**Introduction**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate banking and finance agreements, including loan facilities, guarantees, and security packages. Working directly with partners allows you to gain transactional insight, refine technical skills, and build strong client relationships from the outset.
- Advise financial institutions, corporates, and investment funds on Luxembourg and EU regulatory frameworks, providing exposure to complex regulatory matters and the satisfaction of becoming a trusted advisor.
- Support cross-border financing projects by liaising with key banking counterparts, enhancing both legal expertise and interpersonal skills in a multilingual environment.
- Conduct legal research and participate in due diligence, ensuring high-quality client advice while sharpening analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- 2-4 years' experience in banking and finance law, ideally in Luxembourg.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Structured, motivated, and capable of handling responsibility early in their career.
- Enthusiastic about contributing to complex international transactions and developing a strong client-facing presence.
