Description Founded in 1856, Banque Internationale à Luxembourg is the oldest multi-business bank in the Grand Duchy. As a major player in Luxembourg’s finance industry and as a signatory of the UN Principles of Responsible Banking, BIL is committed to handing over a responsible and sustainable bank to future generations. **Responsibilities**: We are looking for an Intern for our "Client Integration" team (support/project team) within the Operations Department. Internship duration : long term 6 to 12 months **Your mission**: - Market et Infrastructure watch in payments and securities domains for the bank - Participate in the studies and analyses for Operations department. - Assist the department's project managers in their monitoring and coordination tasks - Improve services’ sale supports **Your main activities**: - Do a market watch of new publications on payments and securities sectors to inform the management about new challenges and prepare solutions for strategic decisions - Assist project managers in their daily monitoring and coordination tasks, but also by carrying ongoing studies related to a specific project - Participate to the presentation of new regulations and implementation of change management following a new regulation or a new project - Contribute to the development of new commercial brochures for Agile Operations services - Follow up the team's activities through a capacity planning and FTE cost monitoring tool for the different projects, studies, analyses, etc... - Contribute to the development of Business Cases Must Have Requirements **Your profile**: - Your education :_ - You are a student currently enrolled at a business school, university with a major in finance, economics or science. - Your language skills :_ - English (written and spoken) - French is an asset - Your IT skills :_ - Proficiency in Microsoft MS-Office tools (Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook) - Your personal qualities :_ - Proactivity - Flexibility and adaptability - Rigor and precision - Availability - Dynamism - Versatility and team spirit - Autonomy - Relational ease
