Dans le cadre du renforcement de son dispositif de cybersécurité, notre client recherche un **expert IAM avec une dominante CyberArk** pour intervenir au sein de l’équipe sécurité. Vous intégrerez le pôle **IAM (Identity & Access Management)**, en charge de la gestion des accès logiques et de la protection des identités au sein du SI de la banque.

Vox mission:
Expertise CyberArk (SME):

- Analyse des **comptes à privilèges** et intégration de comptes manquants
- Évaluation de la solution **CyberArk-Brat**, recommandations d’amélioration et définition d’une **roadmap**
- **Administration CyberArk** (support BAU, maintien en conditions opérationnelles)
- Accompagnement et **formation des équipes internes**

Activités IAM générales:

- Gestion des **droits d’accès logiques** (utilisateurs, privilèges, cycle de vie)
- Lancement et suivi des **campagnes de re-certification**
- Participation aux **contrôles de conformité** et audits liés aux accès
- Production de **reportings** et tableaux de bord pour les activités IAM
- Accompagnement des entités métiers sur les problématiques d’habilitations

Votre profil:

- Expertise avérée sur CyberArk (administration, intégration, optimisation)
- Bonne maîtrise des systèmes Windows, Unix, Active Directory, LDAP
- Connaissances des solutions IAM/IGA, notamment SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Solide culture IT transverse et sensibilité cybersécurité
- Aisance avec les outils bureautiques (Excel, Word), notamment pour la production de reportings et le suivi des campagnes d’accès
- Très bonnes capacités d’analyse, de communication et de vulgarisation technique
- Capacité à travailler en mode projet et à interagir avec différentes entités (techniques et métiers)
- Capacité à former et accompagner les équipes internes sur les outils IAM
