Location: Luxembourg - Salary: Negotiable per annum - Job Type:Permanent Posted about 9 hours ago Our client is a globally recognised service provider & is now seeking a depositary oversight specialist team in Luxembourg. You will hold a BAC +4 or +5 in Economics, Law or Management, or a similar. With 2 - 3 years relevant industry experience in depositary or audit. You will have extensive experience in private equity, real estate, infrastructure, or debt. Strong expertise in the specific functioning of alternative funds (capital call and commitment, valuation methods, carried interest etc) along with familiarity with the regulatory environment applicable to the investment activity of UCIs (AIFMD, UCITS), in particular the depositary function. A general knowledge of the operation of AIF/AIFM. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage conflicting and demanding deadlines and organise workload effectively. Team spirit and loyalty. Rigorous and with analytical skills with a keen interest in regulatory matters. A "Can do" attitude. A strong commitment to client service excellence.
