**Your Mission**:

- Lead and manage technical teams consisting of 10 to 20 individuals, across multiple sites.
- Oversee Incident Management Services and Logistic Operations, ensuring the effective resolution of technical issues and the smooth execution of logistic operations.
- Implement, monitor, and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring compliance with established standards.
- Provide leadership and direction in the domain covered, such as ICT hardware Incident management service, Logistic Services, or Web Platform development.
- Utilize and manage tools used in operations, including ticketing systems, configuration management databases, and documentation tools.

**Your Profile**:

- Minimum of 5 years of recent professional experience in leading technical teams.
- Proven experience in Incident Management Services and Logistic Operations with teams ranging from 10 to 20 people.
- Strong knowledge of tools used in operations, including ticketing systems, configuration management databases, and documentation tools.
- ITIL certification (minimum ITIL V4 Foundation).
- Service-minded attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality technical services.
- Demonstrated diplomacy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to tackle and solve problems creatively.
- Autonomy and decisiveness in making operational decisions.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in both French and English (B1 level) in speech and reading/writing.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
