**Your Mission**:

- Manage operations in hardware deployment projects, ensuring successful planning and execution.
- Oversee replacement programs, including obsolescence management, to ensure the seamless transition of hardware.
- Lead the implementation of new services, coordinating all aspects of the project lifecycle.
- Utilize tools such as ticketing systems, configuration management databases, and infrastructure documentation tools in daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with Service Requirements and SLAs in project delivery.
- Navigate legal aspects, including the protection of personal data, confidentiality, labor legislation, and workplace security.
- Demonstrate project management expertise in planning and executing projects within the covered domains.
- Foster a service-minded attitude, providing excellent leadership to project teams.
- Exhibit autonomy and decisiveness in making operational decisions.
- Build and maintain trust within the team and with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate diplomacy in handling project-related matters.
- Excel in reporting, organizational, and analytical skills.

**Your Profile**:

- Minimum of 5 years of recent professional experience in project management.
- Excellent knowledge of the domains and services covered by this call for tender.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, configuration management databases, and infrastructure documentation tools.
- ITIL certification (minimum ITIL V4 Foundation).
- Understanding of legal aspects, including personal data protection, confidentiality, labor legislation, and workplace security.
- Proven experience in planning and executing projects within the covered domains.
- Service-minded attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality project outcomes.
- Strong project-leading skills, demonstrating leadership and originality in problem-solving.
- Autonomy and ability to make informed decisions as needed by the operations.
- Trustworthy and diplomatic, fostering positive working relationships.
- Excellent reporting, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in both French and English (B2 level) in speech and reading/writing.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
