Afin de renforcer nos équipes, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Software Project Manager parlant français et ayant de bonne connaissance en anglais.

Vos principales responsabilités :

Dirigez et contrôlez toutes les étapes du déroulement de projet, de l'analyse à la conception, au développement, au test, aux autorisations et aux go-live

Estime et planifie le plan de gestion du projet et la répartition du travail.

Assure le suivi hebdomadaire du projet concernant le budget, l'allocation des ressources et l'agenda.

Prépare, organise et conduit les réunions d'équipe.

Examine les indicateurs de projet afin de garantir l'exactitude de l'information et éviter tout écart par rapport au plan initial.

Définit les objectifs de qualité du projet en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et d'assurance qualité.

Prépare et participe aux réunions managériales avec le niveau d'information approprié pour garantir une prise de décision rapide et sûre.

Pré-requis du poste

Votre profil :

Vous avez au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire en tant que Chef de projet

Diplôme Bac +5 en gestion de projet, ingénierie, informatique ou management

Vous parlez Français couramment et avez un bon niveau en Anglais

Expériences réussies sur des projets de développement de logiciels

Excellente organisation et grande efficacité, avec la capacité de faire face à une charge de travail considérable et complexe dans des délais courts

Bonne connaissance et pratique des méthodologies Waterfall et Agile

Orientation client et qualité

Solides capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes

Bonnes compétences en communication, avec une capacité à interagir à différents niveaux et à assurer la gestion de l'équipe projet jusqu'au client final

Une expérience dans le domaine financier/bancaire et/ou gouvernemental constitue un atout précieux

Expérience avec les technologies et outils suivants:

Jira, Scrum, Kanban, Jira Admin

Office 365 (Visio, MS Project),

Des connaissances de Prince2, PMBOK, HERMES et SCRUM constituent un atout
