We are looking for an experienced **Technical Product Manager** to lead and drive the vision for our AI & Data team. As the TPM of this team, you will bridge the gap between our business objectives and technical implementation, working closely with data scientists, engineers, stakeholders and the wider team to deliver cutting-edge solutions that solve customer problems. You'll be responsible for contributing to strategy, defining product requirements, setting priorities, and ensuring that our data products meet user needs while advancing our mission of making the world safer by empowering analysts with the right information at the right time.

**Scope of work**:

- Lead the product development lifecycle for our data and AI-powered analytics features, from conception to launch
- Create and maintain a strategic product roadmap for our data products aligned with company objectives
- Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, users, and market research
- Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories for the development team
- Work closely with data scientists to understand ML model capabilities and limitations
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasible and scalable implementation of data science solutions
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Define success metrics and KPIs for data products and track their performance
- Conduct and contribute to user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product features
- Stay current with industry trends in AI, ML, NLP, and PAI/OSINT capabilities
- Act as the product owner in an agile environment, making prioritization decisions and managing the backlog
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to leadership, other engineering teams & stakeholders from other departments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient product delivery
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive interfaces for complex data products

**Your Profile**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years managing technical or data products through multiple release cycles
- Strong understanding of data science, machine learning concepts, and analytics capabilities
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.)
- Experience with MLOps practices (e.g., model deployment, monitoring, retraining workflows) for operationalizing machine learning models effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for different audiences
- Proven track record of successfully launching data or AI-driven products
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing priorities
- Excellent stakeholder management and influence skills
- Knowledge of & experience in user research methodologies
- Fluent in English

- Experience with NLP technologies, information retrieval, or search systems
- Knowledge of OSINT or PAI methodologies and tools
- Experience in intelligence, security, or defense sectors
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their ML/AI services
- Experience with large language models and generative AI technologies
- Background in leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and security considerations
- Experience with data visualization tools and best practices
- Knowledge of graph databases and network analysis for relationship mapping
- Experience with international product development and multicultural teams
