Pour notre département _Marketing_** **au sein de **LuxairTours**, nous recherchons un(e):
**_Marketing Officer (M/F)_**

**_Missions :_**
- Participer à la mise en œuvre du plan marketing visant à atteindre les objectifs fixés du service spécifique
- Participer à l’élaboration des plans média pour les campagnes publicitaires ou marketing
- Faire le lien avec l’équipe Corporate Communication pour augmenter l’impact des campagnes marketing
- Décliner le plan marketing sous forme d'un plan d'action détaillé, e.a. actions avec les médias, actions spécifiques avec l’équipe Sales, organisation d'évènements, sponsoring
- Organiser en amont les événements, actions et communications de Marketing
- Assurer la gestion opérationnelle et administrative du plan Marketing et des actions Marketing ad hoc
- Participer à l’analyse des résultats des actions marketing menées et l’élaboration des recommandations d’optimisation pour le futur
- Occasionnellement, assurer le backup du Marketing Manager

**_Profil requis:_**

**_Critères mínimaux requis pour le poste_**
- Etre détenteur d’un diplôme d’études supérieures en marketing ou communication et/ou une expérience professionnelle confirmée équivalente dans le domaine du marketing
- Avoir une expérience confirmée en gestion de marques
- Avoir des connaissances en gestion de projets
- Etre capable de collaborer étroitement avec les différents profils de l’entreprise
- Etre orienté clients et savoir adapter la stratégie au public visé
- Maitriser le français, l’anglais et/ou l’allemand (parlé et écrit)
- Maîtriser les outils informatiques courants
- Accepter de partir en Duty Travel

- Avoir de bonnes connaissances en luxembourgeois
- Maîtriser les programmes et procédures spécifiques du département
- Savoir travailler d’une manière autonome et ou en équipe
- Avoir une forte capacité d’analyse, de synthèse et être rigoureux
- Avoir des connaissances en gestion de projets
- Avoir un bons sens de la communication
- Être créatif, bénéficier d’une ouverture d’esprit et avoir un excellent niveau relationnel
- Etre force de propositions
- Etre résistant au stress et être organisé
- Savoir gérer plusieurs tâches simultanées et s’adapter rapidement dans un environnement de travail dynamique

- Avoir une expérience en Marketing et Communication
- Avoir une expérience en organisation d’événements et/ou en gestion de projets
- Toute autre langue sera considérée comme un atout majeur à ce poste
