The registered office of RIGO Trading S.A. is established in the municipality of Niederanven in the EBBC business complex close to Findel Airport. The company started up only in 2014 and employs currently more than 80 employees.

One purpose of the company is the acquisition by purchase, registration, and transfer by sale or ex change of intellectual and industrial property rights. RIGO Trading S.A. takes care of the procurement and in particular the purchase of CAPEXs, raw materials, packaging, and print materials, for the activities of the companies of its group and the distribution of goods produced on the Luxembourg market and to duty-free and retail customers worldwide. The global Travel Retail Management and as well the associ ated Marketing and Key Account Management have been successfully established in RIGO Trading S.A. during the years 2015 and 2016. Since 2017 the Global Export / Developing Countries business (for more than 40 countries) and Sales and Marketing activities have been consolidated in Luxembourg as well.

We are looking to recruit an experienced and passionate **Marketing Manager**to create, develop, and execute our brand activation plans across multiple international countries, start ing** as soon as possible**.

**Main responsibilities**:
**Strategic Marketing**
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans, aligning with brand strategies.
- Define portfolio strategies, driving brand positioning and product innovation.

**Brand Activation & Communication**
- Create and execute engaging brand activation plans across diverse channels. Develop and imple ment comprehensive communication strategies, including digital marketing initiatives.

**Market Research & Insights**
- Conduct market and consumer research to understand needs and trends.
- Analyze data and insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Monitor market competition.

**Budget Management & Collaboration**
- Manage marketing budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead cross-country projects.

**Administration**
- Handle day-to-day marketing-specific administrative tasks.

**Required profile**:

- Master’s degree in economics or related field
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in a responsible interna tional (brand) marketing role, ideally in the FMCG sector
- Proven experience in independently managing brands and developing marketing plans
- Experience with creative and BTL agencies, market data tools usage, and market research analysis
- Keen interest in digital media and experiential marketing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Intercultural competence
- Fluency in English; Spanish is an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally
