**Your Role**:
As the Digital Specialist, you will oversee transversal digital projects within MyConnectivity and contribute to the national strategy by leveraging your expertise. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with a dynamic team to implement, extend, and manage digital platforms and tools for both internal and external purposes. You will also ensure compliance with all relevant regulations governing digital activities and take ownership of digital initiatives.

**What you will do**:

- Manage digital projects and products aligned with our strategic objectives:

- External objectives are supported by projects such as the upcoming National Registry of Vertical Cabling and our communication platforms (Wordpress, Brevo, Zapier, Piwik, Attio)
- Internal objectives require the management of GIS data and tools (ArcGIS) and of our digital office stack (Notion, MS365, Odoo).
- Supervise external suppliers responsible for certain aspects of the platforms while implementing minor adjustments yourself when needed
- Identify and quickly evaluate emerging technologies (such as AI-agents or low/no-code tools) that align with MyConnectivity’s operating model and business processes.
- Create and contribute to content creation for our communication channels, catering to both technical audiences and non-experts.
- Ensure that all digital projects comply with applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR, cybersecurity laws) and oversee their implementation across MyConnectivity's activities.
- Monitor trends to ensure continuity of services: conduct regular awareness sessions for the team, identify critical priorities, and provide guidance on key security topics.
- Manage and optimize resource allocations.

**Who you are**:

- You are hands-on and can implement innovation by yourself.
- You are familiar with coding or software development practices and can autonomously deliver simple technical projects when necessary.
- You have a strong understanding of the telecommunication industry and/or digital transformation fields.
- You possess strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills and can leverage your network to source experts.
- You have hands-on experience managing end-to-end projects (stakeholder communication, resource estimation, execution).
- You are autonomous, proactive, results-driven, and collaborative in your approach.
- Ideally, you hold a master’s degree in computer science, software development, or a related field, or you bring equivalent specialized experience.
- You communicate fluently in English (written/spoken) and have strong proficiency in French; knowledge of Luxembourgish or other languages is an asset.
- You are a versatile professional with strong adaptability between strategic discussions and technical challenges.
