**Lux-Advisory**is a company specialized in Project Management, IT System & Finance. Our consultants take part in European or International projects. To support the increase of our activity, we are currently looking for aWebsite Management and Digital Content Creation Consultant.

**Mission**

In support of the Communications Team, the Service Provider will supply a Consultant to provide the following services:
Website:

- Represent from a technical perspective to oversee the WSP, which hosts, maintains and develops Drupal
- Analyse requests and translate them into functional requirements to negotiate with the website developer
- Lead regular meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss requests and usability questions
- Lead regular meetings with the WSP, evaluate their proposals, test solutions and manage the go/no-go to deploy in the live website environment
- Lead the change management to transition the website from Drupal 11 to newer versions
- Implement solutions which integrate Drupal with internal or external services
- Implement new pages on the website, from concept to pushing it live
- Offload Editors, when necessary, by helping them to test and publish content
- Anticipate business needs and opportunities for improving the User and Editor experience
- Help the business evaluate technical proposals from third party vendors, and manage their integration

Content Creation:

- Be a “sparring” partner to evaluate creative ideas and advise the business on relevant technical requirements and considerations needed for execution
- Evaluate business needs and advise on technical equipment and software needed to produce high-quality digital content; set-up and integrate such tools, as needed
- Represent from a technical perspective to oversee any third-party supplier involved in the content creation and production
- Planning : advise colleagues in the development of content strategy and storyboarding
- Production : light, test, film, and record using the necessary equipment on-location or on-site in the Broadcasting Room
- Post-production : edit raw audio and video into a final product for review and acceptance
- Publication : Test and publish content through the digital channels
- Create any additional supportive visual and graphics, including photography as needed

**Deliverables**
- The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following deliverables:

- Execute new processes concerning maintenance/support/Agile development of the Website
- Be the point of contact with the WSP for hosting, maintenance, and development
- Provide technical support to implement business needs in the Website
- Reduce dependency on direct technical support required from WSP by members of Staff
- Perform business analysis tasks and project management for the Website
- Prioritise task list for development sprints
- Gather and write user requirements, define scope
- Transform requirements into technical specifications
- Define acceptance criteria
- Define test cases and tests plans
- Test website developments delivered by the WSP prior to business user validation
- Monitor timelines
- Control budget and manage risks
- Perform urgent, ad-hoc development of the Website as-needed, for example
- Create content items in Drupal
- Configure configuration level tasks in Drupal
- Optimise content for the web presentation
- Other needs as they arise
- Train members of staff in managing specific Drupal-related tasks such as editing and user-level configuration as needed
- Maintain and develop analytical reports and analysis on the Website traffic
- Provide content-creation services
- Ideate, plan, and execute content creation for the Website, the blog, the podcast, digital Annual Report, and social media
- Examples of content include, but are not limited : Video; Graphics ; Audio; Blogs; Digital publications (e.g. Annual Report).
- Manage Broadcasting room/studio:

- Be the point of contact for projects related to the studio ;
- Manage the equipment (e.g. mid-size cameras, lighting, audio, studio and streaming software)
- Direct senior level management during production process for photos/videos/audio recording

**Technical skills**

**Technical Experience**
- Master of Science in Engineering or IT
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Agile project management
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Drupal with documented experience in working with at least two major versions of it
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing third-party providers
- Experience in migration from one version of Drupal to another
- Excellent technical expertise with Drupal 10 and above
- Experience analysing business needs and translating them into technical requirements
- Deep knowledge of web development life cycle
- Deep knowledge of back-end and high-availability server setup, container technology
- Expert level HTML/CSS/JavaScript, PHP, SQL knowledge and demonstrated practical experience
