Notre plateforme dédiée à l'information, l'échange et au rayonnement de la communauté luxembourgeoise de la Technologie, de l'Innovation et du Digital, propose un média en ligne, un magazine trimestriel et organise régulièrement des événements qui rassemblent cette communauté.

Pour nous accompagner dans notre mission, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire en Communication & Editorial Content Management motivé(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe

En tant que stagiaire Junior Content Creator (Web, Communication & Editorial) chez The Dots, vous participerez à la création de contenus variés pour nos différents supports (site web, magazine, réseaux sociaux). Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec notre équipe de communication et éditoriale et serez impliqué(e) dans le processus de création de contenus de qualité sur des thématiques liées à la technologie, l'innovation et le digital.

Missions :

  • Rédaction & mise en forme de contenus : articles web, newsletters / emailings, contenus magazine, pages web (d'événements, refonte site), formats courts (teasers, highlights)
  • Interviews / échanges partenaires en collaboration avec l'équipe éditoriale : préparation de questions, conduite d'entretiens, rédaction et mise en forme (Q&A, portraits)
  • Couverture d'événements : prise de notes, synthèses, récap "key takeaways", citations / moments forts
  • Gestion du CMS : intégration, relecture, titrage, mise en page, gestion des contenus partenaires (articles reçus à publier), respect de la charte éditoriale
  • Community Management & diffusion éditoriale : déclinaisons d'articles en posts, captions, programmation et publication sur nos réseaux sociaux, coordination avec l'équipe com
  • Optimisation SEO "light" : structure, titres, métadonnées, bonnes pratiques
  • Veille : sur les actualités technologiques, angles éditoriaux et idées de sujets

Profil recherché :

  • Étudiant en Master communication, marketing, journalisme, digital media ou tout domaine lié à la création de contenus
  • Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles en français et en anglais
  • Curiosité, rigueur, intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies
  • Goût pour le travail en équipe et respect des délais
