As an international central securities depository (ICSD) headquartered in Luxembourg, Clearstream Banking S.A. operates the post-trading business - i.e. issuance, settlement and custody - for the Eurobond market and services for securities from over 55 domestic markets worldwide.

**Your area of work**

As a UX/UI designer, you will be a part of an ongoing transformation project, reviewing and redesigning the user experience of an existing client portal that is business critical and has an important user base of customers in the financial industry.

**Your responsabilities**
- Review and analyze the user flows and user experience of the existing client portal module by module
- Work in a small team of designers and collaborate closely with the product management team to discuss improvements, propose new solutions where necessary and iterate
- Prepare low-fidelity wireframes to help the team visualize the ideas quickly
- Prepare clickable high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, present your work to the product teams and IT teams
- Create new UI components and proactively propose improvements for the existing components and screens introduced within the transformation project
- Perform usability tests and incorporate the relevant feedback into your designs
- Assist product team in client calls to understand better how the product is used by our customers

**Your profile**
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree programme with a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement,** OR **have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months
- Written & spoken English as English is the primary means of communication
- French, German or any other language are of advantage
- Advanced knowledge of most common prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Good copy writing skills are considered as plus
- Basic understanding of WCAG standards are considered as plus
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and tasks prioritization
