Master Planning Specialist

**Main accountabilities**:
- Supply Chain Optimization (Master Planning)
- Contract performance & Inventory management
- Reporting and Maintain accurate data in Master Planning file and WebCas*.
- General improvement of the team activities Improve communication with stakeholders
**Mission**:
- Interface for planning/logistic purposes between AMS (Buyers, Shipping, Technical Leaders and Trading team) and customers (Mills)
- Logistic optimization in order to fulfill customer needs and achieve financial savings for AMS and AM Group
- Inland-Seaborne Database Management of Solid Fuels & Iron Ore flows (Webcas and other internal tools)
- Data collection and consolidation of Solid Fuels & Iron Ore needs (AMS + non AMS flows)
- Simulations according to contractual, shipping, inventory targets (as per request Top Management)
- Continuous update of the Global Master Planning (Webcas and Excel)
- Global reporting to Top Management (quarterly master planning, realized tonnages, supply demand arbitration, logistics optimization, inventory management, etc)
- Distribution of the Master Planning to internal and external actors
- Daily adjustments of the Master Planning in reference with Supply and Shipping constraints.
- Team project on digitalization. (Vessel tracking functionality / Data input automatization )
**Requirements**:
- Master in Sales Administration/Supply Chain/ Procurement
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, rigorous, meticulous, flexibility, reactivity, well organised.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel and pivot table, Word, Power Point ) English - fluent
