**Corporate Officer Inhouse - 30 Days Off, Dynamic Team**

We are currently assisting an investment firm in its search for a Corporate Officer. With over 50 employees in its different departments **coming from all over the world**, with a human-sized team in corporate governance, the structure is currently seeking to strengthen its workforce.

**Your Responsibilities**|** Corporate Officer - Corporate - Legal - SPV - Inhouse - Funds**

- In your daily responsibilities, you will be involved in the legal management of SPVs, from their incorporation to their liquidation, mainly Private Equity, Real Estate and Private Debt in collaboration with a Senior Corporate Officer.
- Additionally, you will be in charge of the preparation and organization of board meetings and shareholder meetings as well as general meetings (annual, extraordinary). Then, you will be asked to draft the minutes of those meetings. The approval of annual accounts, the opening of bank accounts and updating the relevant registers (RCS/RBE) will be included in your daily tasks.
- **Profile and Career Path**|** Corporate Officer - Corporate - Legal - SPV - Inhouse - Funds**

- You have **at minimum 2 years** of experience as a Corporate Officer, either in a PFS, Fiduciary, Big Four or an investment company in Luxembourg.
- You are experienced on SPVs, in Private Equity and/or Real Estate. You have also already acquired a good level of autonomy in the day-to-day governance of these entities.
- For this position, it is essential that you are fluent in English as you will integrate a multicultural environment in which English is the vehicular language. You have obtained at least a Bachelor’s degree in Law. If you have a Master’s degree in Law, that is an additional asset.
