We are looking for a Corporate Officer in order to complete our client team. Well-implanted in Luxembourg, this PSF specialized itself in the management of AIF, including SOPARFI and holding structures. The company provides a broad range of services including corporate, domiciliation, accounting, fund-related services, or tax compliance.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate – AIF – PSF – Corporate Officer

As a Corporate Officer, you will be responsible for the full corporate lifecycle of Luxembourg entities, including:

• Handling the incorporations, liquidations and restructuration of the entities.
• Be in charge of the drafting and reviewing of corporate documents, in addition to the organization of board meetings.
• Act as the main point of contact of your clients for every corporate matters, but also with external professional such as notaries or banks.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate – AIF – PSF – Corporate Officer

• You have at least 3 years of experience as Corporate Officer in a service provider in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in French and English, Italian being considerate as a strong asset.
• You are familiar with AIF with which you have already worked.
  You are eager to find a healthy environment where you will have the opportunity to extend your portfolio of clients but also build strong professional relationship with your colleagues.
