**Job description**
Key leadership role in Process Optimization and Digitization Capability Centre (POD), driving process improvement aligned with company's Design Principles. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements for excellent client experience through High Touch, High Tech service. Focus on adopting and realizing benefits from Target Operating Model.

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations - Centre of Excellence and Services, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
**Leadership & Line Management**
- Lead and develop a team
- Ensure the right resources are deployed for successful delivery of activities in the POD, promoting a culture of operational excellence through Change Management.
- Develop process optimization capabilities and methodologies like lean and six sigma for enhanced process effectiveness.
- Develop Business Analyst skillsets within the team to ensure key deliverables are met.

**Delivery**
- Identify, analyze, and lead the implementation of process optimization for improved user practices and client experience.
- Manage resources and budget.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through Lean and Kaizen training.
- Mitigate risks and enhance the control framework.
- Provide information to senior executives on change initiatives and KPIs.
- Collaborate with business process stakeholders for effective action.

**Profile**
- Extensive experience in leading successful process improvement in a global organization.
- Qualified in Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies.
- Project management experience aligned with Project Management Framework.
- Proven expertise in Change Management for effective adoption.
- Solution-oriented, driving unified ways of working across offices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Track record in delivering cost-effective solutions and managing projects.
- Proficient in risk management.
- Demonstrated skills in automation and digitization
