**POSITION**: We are looking for a hands-on Product/Delivery intern to assist the team in the analysis, ideation and specification processes with regard to product, features an dpriorities management as well as reporting and quality assurance for our bank compliance, payemnts, and other digitisation/API products and projects. Working closely with Product Management and UI/UX experts as well as our Business Deveopment team, it would be advantageous if you easily grasp non-digital workflows and processes to help us identify, describe and define the most appropriate digital improvement strategies using Finologee products and components.
**With us you will**
- **Carry out business analyses **for payments, bank compliance and other B2B RegTech and payments products
- **Carry out market studies** to help defining the needs and adapt the products if necessary
- **Draft, maintain and optimize documentation and reports** for relevant stakeholders and departments
- **Help in the drafting of user stories**, assist project and product managers and UI/UX experts in their respective roles and tasks
- ** Assist the head of product management for client meetings and missions**, understand and collect the needs
- Maximize user experience by **streamlining clients’ processes**
**What we expect from you**:
- You hold a **Bachelor’s** or Master’s degree in engineering/science or finance
- Right balance between** relevant knowledge, experience and motivation**:
- Having a good command of any of the following **tools** would be an asset: Visio, UML, Diagram, BPMN, Confluence
- Having **great communication skills** to be able to interact with experts in the banking sector
- Languages**:Fluent in** English with solid **writing skills**, knowledge of French is considered a big plus
- Desire to work in a **fast-paced** innovation-driven company, working with the company’s founders, with a genuine accountability for tasks and projects
- Have a good understanding of both** digital and non-digital workflows**:
- Recording and editing skills are considered a plus
