**Our client a leading company in the automotive industry is looking for an executive assistant**
- You are proficient in German, English and French ?_
- You are used to assist directors ?_

This key position is for you

You deliver support to two directors in performing their roles by anticipating requirements and identifying opportunities to act on their behalf.
This includes managing complex diaries, arranging travels & meetings and performing administrative tasks
Provide a first point of contact to a wide range of internal and external clients, dealing with confidential queries
Organise team events and manage budget
Support with any ad hoc requests**:** Requirements**

You have at least 5 years of experience as an excutive assistant.
You are proficient in German, English and French
You master MS -office
You have excellent communication skills, are organized and are a team player
