Salonkee is looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven **Customer Data Administrator** to join our vibrant team in Luxembourg.

**What will you be doing**:

- Account Setup: Efficiently set up accounts for new clients, ensuring all necessary information and documentation are accurately gathered and processed.
- Data Management: Migrating and integrating of client data into new accounts, ensuring accuracy and security of data with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with the Sales team to facilitate smooth client onboarding processes and anticipate the need for completion of data/documentation.
- Client Onboarding: Take charge of the onboarding process, including setup and administrative tasks, to ensure a seamless experience for new clients.
- Work closely with sales, technical support, and product development teams to ensure client needs are met and feedback is communicated for future improvements.

**What we are looking for**:

- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role,, preferably in a technology or service-based company.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and solution-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing environments.
- Exhibits a high level of professional maturity and responsibility, ensuring that client data is handled with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
- Good knowledge of Excel and technical acumen.
- Excellent language skills in English and German, both verbal and written. Dutch and or French would be a plus,
- Experience with CRM systems, data migration tools, and account management software is a plus
