- Contribute to structuring the Group Process Architecture across departments and sites
- Support process governance activities: reviews, validations, and updates
- Help define process ownership and performance indicators (KPIs)
- Assist in evaluating existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities Data Governance- Support mapping of critical business data such as master data and reference data
- Assist in identifying data owners and clarifying data responsibilities across entities
- Contribute to documenting data flows between systems (ERP, legacy, operational tools)
- Support the creation of data governance documentation and frameworks
- Participate in workshops on data transparency and data quality improvement Transformation Support- Assist in cross-functional workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Support gap analysis between current practices and target operating model
- Contribute to documentation and reporting for digital transformation initiatives
- Support the preparation of process documentation and training materials for key users
Your Profile
:
- Currently enrolled in a master’s program in Quality Management
- Knowledge of process management methodologies (ISO 9001, PDCA, Lean) is a strong asset
- Fluent in English (working language); French is an asset
- Basic understanding of digital transformation concepts, including ERP systems and BPM software
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is a strong asset
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose structured solutions
- Interest in digital transformation, ERP systems, and data governance
- Structured, detail-oriented, and rigorous in documentation
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work across functions What you will gain
