**| Your challenges?**:

- Respond to incoming phone calls and provide support to individuals who require assistance with administrative tasks or inquiries
- Collect and record relevant information and data related to the calls.
- Provide guidance and support to callers by answering their questions and providing accurate information in a professional and courteous manner.
- Follow up with callers as necessary to ensure their questions have been adequately addressed.
- Collaborate with other members of the support team to ensure that all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

**| What do we expect from you?**:

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and policies
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls.
- ** Excellent written and oral skills in English + at least one of those languages**:
**- Portuguese - Italian -Spanish -German -French -Luxemburgish**
