To expand its activities, our partner, an enterprising PFS, is hiring a Manager to lead their existing Corporate Team and build up their growing Funds Services Team. The team of around 30 people so far lead by the executive leadership needs a knowledgeable and skilled new hire with experience in alternative investment vehicles to support its recent market strategy.

Your Responsibilities | Management Corporate - AIF -PFS - Private Equity - Real Estate

As part of middle management, you will be in charge of a few clients yourself, but your role will entail the non-exhaustive list of the following duties as well:
Mentoring and assisting the professional growth of a Corporate Team, as well as coaching a duo of Funds-Corporate Officers specializing in AIFs.

Reviewing your team members' deliverables and addressing their potential inquiries.

Serving as a bridge between your clients, internal stakeholders (accountants, tax officers, etc.) and third parties involved throughout the life cycle of your client’s entities (lawyers, banks, auditors, etc.).

Coordinating and orienting client requests and dispatching them to the teams while making sure that requests are followed through on properly and reporting any issues to upper management.

Improving policies, processes and procedures in close collaboration with the leadership of the firm.

Profile and Career Path | Management Corporate - AIF -PFS - Private Equity - Real Estate

It is paramount that you have at least three years of relevant professional experience in Luxembourg, previous leadership experience and seniority will be highly valued.

You master French with ease and can use English professionally. Italian, German and any other languages will be considered assets.

Your organized and dynamic nature, your detailed-oriented perspective and your adaptable leadership style will be appreciated in the firm’s unique settings.
