**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and oversee lead generation across various online and offline channels
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement solutions to improve conversion rates
- Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Assist clients through KYC processes and support them post-onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into our services
- Participate in key client meetings and oversee sales team interactions
- Proactively reach out to potential clients and participate in relevant industry events to build our brand presence
- Regularly track and report on sales activities and results, ensuring transparent communication with the team
- Develop strategies to increase average transaction value and upsell existing clients

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, ideally in customer acquisition, preferably in SaaS or fintech industries
- Fluency in English and French
- Strong analytical skills, including comfort with data and numbers
- Proficiency with CRM tools, especially HubSpot and Intercom would be a great plus
- Exceptionally proactive and energetic
- Experience in hiring and managing high-performing sales teams would be a great bonus
- Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset
- Driven to resolve challenges quickly and build meaningful relationships
