**Role**

We are looking for Private Banking Support Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term contract. In the framework of the First Line of Defense (FLoD), Private Banking Support ensures the effectiveness of the Internal Control System in the PB area with a focus on “ex-ante” controls.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Advice and support RMs in the preparation of account opening/review files, in order to facilitate the opening/review process
- Analyse onboarding files and file reviews before submission to Compliance Department
- Execute ex-ante controls with focus on internal processes and regulatory topics, in line with PB control blueprint.
- Monitor the follow-up/resolution of operational alerts.
- Follow-up on feedback provided by Compliance Department.
- Perform additional/ad-hoc reviews as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Law
- Understanding of the Private Banking business
- Good knowledge of financial products
- KYC/AML expertise in Private Banking
- Understanding of Risk Management processes and practices
- Financial analysis and performance
- Banking and financial regulation (e.g AIFMD, UCITS, MIFID)Knowledge of Internal Audit practices
