For our CRM team within our Digital eXperience Platform, we are looking for a (an):
Business Intelligence Analyst (M/F/x)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Analyze large sets of data from multiple sources, identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Generate regular and ad hoc reports to support business operations and strategic decisions.
- Dashboard Development:

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive BI dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Ensure that dashboards effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Integration & Transformation:

- Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Partner with business leaders, department heads, and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver BI solutions that align with business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring:
Track and measure key business performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive improvements. Monitor data quality and report discrepancies or data issues.
- Data Governance & Security:
Ensure that BI solutions comply with data governance policies, including data security, privacy standards, and integrity of reporting systems.
- Troubleshooting & Support:
Provide ongoing support for BI tools, addressing user queries, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary updates or modifications to dashboards and reports.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience in designing and developing BI dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.).
- Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and creating user-friendly, insightful reports.
- Experience with Azure Databricks and familiarity with Python programming language is a plus
- Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
- Experience working with large datasets and understanding data structures and relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of business operations and the ability to align BI efforts with strategic goals.
- Certifications (Preferred but not required):

- Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI)
