**Description du poste**:
you will work on tickets submitted by the business users to configure the PeopleSoft Financials and GL module, run processes, troubleshoot issues etc. You will act as a functional analyst documenting requirements and performing testing for enhancements, break-fixes, system updates and projects.
- Business process analysis and definition.
- Provide expertise on integration of information systems into the business environment.
- Functional requirements and business case analysis.
- Meets timelines to drive the delivery of appropriate, sustainable, and prompt solutions
- Supports the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems
- Supports the development of guidelines to prevent and/or resolve recurring problems
- Recommends and executes performance tuning and optimization activities.

**Profil recherché**:
**Your Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience as Senior Business Analyst
- Very good knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM
- Strong experience in business process design, ideally using lean design/management principles;
- Experience in performing analysis and identifying solutions
- Experience in creation of functional design documentation, configuration documents and test plans;
- Work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership
- Work experience working in a large matrixed and multicultural organization
- Change management experience;
- Good communication skills;
