Afin de renforcer les équipes de DEEP au sein de notre département Ressources Humaines, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) **HR Business Partner (M/F/n)** à temps plein.
**Vos missions**:
Le/la HR Business Partner jouera un rôle stratégique au sein de DEEP, en alignant les initiatives RH aux objectifs stratégiques de l'organisation. En tant que conseiller(ère) de confiance, il/elle assurera la mise en oeuvre efficace des politiques RH et accompagnera nos changements organisationnels.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les head of, les managers et les teamleaders afin de mettre en œuvre des initiatives RH alignées avec les objectifs stratégiques de DEEP.
- Soutenir efficacement l'organisation dans les activités clés des RH telles que la planification des effectifs, le recrutement, la formation et le développement, la gestion des performances et la gestion des trajectoires individuelles.
- Assurer un suivi des KPI RH pour mesurer l’impact des actions sur la performance organisationnelle.
- Conseiller au sujet de la gestion des équipes, la résolution de conflits et l’amélioration de l’engagement des employés.
- Accompagner l’ensemble des managers dans la capacité de cadrer / encadrer / recadrer, notamment dans le contexte de revue de performance / évaluations.
- Accompagner les managers dans les démarches de recrutement (en collaboration avec les Talent Acquisition Officers), onboarding et développement des collaborateurs.
- Soutenir les trajectoires individuelles dans le cadre des processus de gestion de carrière, de mobilité interne et de succession planning.
- Participer à l’ancrage de l’empreinte culturelle de DEEP, notamment au travers des leviers de réussite DEEP
- Supporter les projets de transformation en accompagnant les équipes et les managers.
- Proposer des solutions RH adaptées aux enjeux de changement (restructuration, digitalisation, etc.).
**Votre profil**:
- Connaissance approfondie des politiques RH et droit du travail
- Expertise en gestion des talents et développement des compétences
- Capacités en analyse de données RH
- Compétences en gestion du changement organisationnel
- Compétences en communication et en conseil stratégique
