**Business**:
ArcelorMittal Downstream Solutions (AMDS) primarily covers the downstream activities of ArcelorMittal in Europe. It provides distribution of long and flat products as well as value-added and customised steel solutions through further processing, to meet specific customer requirements in both the automotive and other industry sectors and oil and gas, throught its 9 business divisions present in more than 50 countries accross Europe, The Middle East, Asia, Africa and the Americas (Distribution Europe ; Steel Services Centres ; Construction ; Tubular Europe ; Industeel ; AM International ; AM Projects ; Recycling ; AM Powders).
- **Mission**:
- **Main accountabilities**:
- Leading an end-to-end recruitment process ;
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans ;
- Ensuring Oracle Recruitment module is use effectively across the segment, centralize the needs / problems from the different BDs and liaise with Group central team for resolution, improvements to meet AMDS needs ;
- Creating and publishing job advertisements in various portals and follow-up ;
- Making sure that job promotions / posting campaigns are embedded with EmVP narrative and guidelines ;
- Working with managers to write attractive job descriptions and making sure that the recruitment processes are free of bias ;
- Active sourcing for specialist roles using various tools e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, job fairs, agencies ;
- Selecting CVs, organizing and conducting interviews and making the offer ;
- Raising recruitment / interviewing capabilities of hiring managers ;
- Handling various projects related to recruitment matters.
- **Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resourcesor equivalent with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Experience with Linkedin Recruiter is mandatory.
- Good communication and problem solving skills, teamwork, self-initiative, independent, structured and autonomous.
