**Description du poste**

Vous aurez pour mission de:

- ** Conduire des techniques de recherche utilisateur** variées : élaboration de personas, tests utilisateur, tri de cartes, focus groups, enquêtes de satisfaction, entretiens utilisateurs, etc.
- ** Réaliser des analyses et expressions des besoins centrées utilisateur** : analyse des tâches, user stories, profils utilisateurs, contexte d’utilisation.
- ** Réaliser des audits d’ergonomie** basés sur des critères heuristiques (ex : critères de Scapin/Bastien) pour s’assurer de la conformité aux standards d’ergonomie.

**Qualifications**
Pour ce rôle, nous recherchons un(e) expert(e) UX, capable de travailler en autonomie dans un environnement multidisciplinaire. Le.la consultant(e) ne sera pas impliqué(e) dans le design graphique ni l’intégration (HTML5/CSS3/JS).
- Expérience significative (minimum 3 ans) en tant qu’UX Designer sur des projets d’envergure.
- Expérience avérée en **recherche utilisateur** et analyse centrée utilisateur dans des projets web et mobiles.
- Maîtrise des **techniques d’analyse et de prototypage UX** : personas, user stories, storyboarding, prototypage.
- Compétences en **audit d’ergonomie** et connaissance des critères heuristiques (Scapin/Bastien).
- Expérience de travail en **collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires** (chefs de projet, développeurs, designers UI, experts en accessibilité).
- Solides compétences en **communication et documentation** pour formaliser et présenter les résultats des recherches et recommandations UX.
- Connaissance des standards de qualité et des réglementations d’accessibilité est un plus.
