For our office in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a **Depositary Services Trainee**.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Actively participating in the day-to-day operational depositary work ensuring Alternative Investment Funds compliance with regulations, with a particular focus on:

- Daily cash flow monitoring;
- Oversight duties including NAV Oversight and Investor Activity Oversight;
- Safekeeping of assets ensuring existence and ownership of the assets held by the Alternative Investment Fund;
- Performing analysis and controls in order to mitigate the risk linked to depositary services;
- Support the team in their daily tasks and other administrative duties.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You are pursuing final year of University degree, preferably in Accounting & Finance;
- You are fluent in English;
- You are a fast-learner and you are curious about your professional environment;
- You have good communication skills and a strong team spirit.
