Senior Tech Stack Admin

As Senior Tech Stack Administrator, you'll play a vital role at Rossum. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product roadmap. Our Tech Stack user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Senior Tech Stack Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as the primary system administrator for the tech stack tools including but not limited to Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Marketo, Leandata, etc. - Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports - Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience - Implementation and management of all GTM processes including lead, contact, opportunity lifecycle - Identify unused or underutilized platform features - Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed - Ability to identify the root cause of technical issues and provide quick solutions - All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules - New user and ongoing user training - Technical documentation **Qualification** - Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years' of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with **Sales Cloud**: - Agile mindset - you are able to make simple and logical decisions - Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption - Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and how SaaS tools work - Excellent relationship-building skills - Translating requirements into technical solutions - Salesforce Admin certification preferred - A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements **What we offer (Benefits)**: We are building a hyper-growth SaaS startup following the best Silicon Valley practices, in Prague.
