**Corporate Officer (m/w/d)**
**Company Secretary**

**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Vorbereitung und die Bereithaltung von Gesellschaftsunterlagen sowie Sekretariats Services für sämtliche Luxemburger Gesellschaften / Investmentstrukturen
- Vorbereitung und Einberufung von Beschlussfassungen (Board Meetings, Shareholder Resolutions)
- Führung, Aktualisierung von Firmenregister sowie Pflege von Structure Charts und anderen Datenlisten
- Gründung von Gesellschaften
- Zusammenarbeit sowie Kommunikation mit Rechtsanwälten, Notaren
- Anmeldungen an das Luxemburger Handelsregister sowie Transparenzregister
- Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption und Erstellung von Präsentationsunterlagen
- Eigenverantwortliche Büroorganisation
- Pflege und Organisation von Vertrags
- und Dokumentenmanagements, sowohl elektronisch als auch physisch
- Diverse Sonderaufgaben im Rahmen des Tagesgeschäftes
- Pflege und Organisation von KYC Dokumenten

**Ihr Profil**
- Erste Berufserfahrung / Berührungspunkte im Bereich Company Secretary
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen, insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint, werden vorausgesetzt
- Flexibilität, Engagement, Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
