**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for acquiring, building and maintaining relationships with existing, new clients and intermediaries from and in Flanders-Belgium. The position is based in Luxembourg and you will report to the Head of Northern Europe - European Private Banking Clients / Wealth Management.
**What will you do?**
- Build and develop autonomously your own book of Flemish (U)HNWI clients
- Manage and retain existing relationships with clients, and increase ROA
- Detect client needs and preferences and offer appropriate products and services (financial, legal and tax products)
- Ensure that client instruction are well executed to guarantee a high level of service
- Coordinate client events (conferences and sponsored activities) and organize key actions to acquire new clients
- Keep abreast of developments in financial markets and make sure the bank’s investment strategy is properly implemented
Must Have Requirements
**Your profile**:
- 3+ years of experience in Private Banking in focused on Flemish (U)HNWIs
- Business development and relationship management experience and expertise
- Strong knowledge of the products and services in Private Banking/Wealth Management
- Relevant University Degree education
- CFA / CAIA / CISI or other related financial certifications are seen as an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build sustainable relationships
- A high level of integrity and ethics
- Proven negotiation skills
- Fluent in English & Dutch
- Strongly client and results focus orientation
- Motivated to be part of a team - working well with internal stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel
