Our client, a leading law firm in Luxembourg, is expanding its investment funds practice and is seeking a UCITS and liquid funds specialist to join the team. This newly created position offers an opportunity to play a key role in legal and regulatory developments, with a focus on knowledge sharing, strategic legal advisory, and industry insights rather than purely transactional work.

**_ PSL _**_- Your Role :_**
- Provide legal and regulatory guidance on **UCITS and liquid investment funds**, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg and EU regulations.
- Monitor key regulatory updates (**MIFID, EMIR, SFDR**) and assess their impact on investment funds and management companies.
- ** Draft and refine legal documentation**, **policies, and governance frameworks** for investment structures.
- ** Collaborate with lawyers**, fund specialists, and regulatory professionals to enhance internal expertise and client advisory.
- Contribute to legal briefings, industry updates, client presentations, and internal training initiatives.

**_ PSL _**_- Your Profile:_**
- ** At least 3 years' experience as a lawyer in investment funds**, with a **strong focus on UCITS and liquid funds.**:

- Deep understanding of fund regulations, structuring, and compliance frameworks.
- Fluency in English (French is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex regulations into practical legal advice.
