With significant experience in business development, you must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to develop your network to increase our client's presence in the Luxembourg market. The mission of the Sales Account Manager Business Developer is to: - Be responsible for the commercial development of our customer's solutions in Luxembourg. - Continue to develop technical credibility through external communications, events and professional presentations; - Develop commercial action plans in conjunction with the Head of Sales; - Develop strong relationships with intermediaries in the Finance industry in Luxembourg; - Implement sales action plans by increasing market share; - Be a "thinking partner" in the development of the client's commercial strategy; - Be able to present projections and results at strategic committee meetings; - Share your expertise with the support business lines and support them in the development of their customer services. **Your ideal profile**- Minimum 3-5 years in similar position - High visibility within the Finance community - Communicate clearly, openly, and effectively with internal and external customers both verbally and in writing. - Excellent interpersonal skills and sensitivity to customer satisfaction; - Ability to convince and deliver on commitments; - Action - and results-oriented: resilient, persistent in achieving objectives; - Fluent French & English, Knowledge of Luxembourgish is considered as an asset. - Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project - Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices - Interview coaching session before the client meeting - Consistent and fair recruitment process with respect, transparency and trust
