**As a Receptionist, your missions will be**:

- Greeting, welcoming and announcing visitors;
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
- Receiving, sorting and distributing daily post mail;
- Setting up the meeting rooms and managing catering services;
- Arranging transportation: booking taxis, flights and providing travel arrangements for different stakeholders (internal customers, clients );
- Carrying out moderately complex tasks under supervision and understanding their end goal and complying with the
- Group's policies relating to the function, in the following domains:

- Maintenance of premises and checking preventive or remedial operations on equipment and installations (main contact for any provider of the building)
- Prevention and security for goods and people (managing systems for controlling access to the site, educating and training employees in compliance with the rules );
- Attending and participating in meetings;
- Making welcome packs for new colleagues (badges creation, laptops, mobile phones, sim cards, reception & pick up of leasing cars )
- Providing support to the administrative and HR teams;
- Local contact for the internal communication, facilities, and IT departments;
- Managing the internal events: request for offers (workshops, after works, etc.);
- Report to their supervisors when there are problems or unforeseen events.

**Profile**:

- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a financial controlling role
- You want to be part of a growing organization with a hands-on leadership team and you are not afraid to pick up challenges
- You are fluent in English and French, German/Luxembourgish would be a plus
- You have a flexible, structured and customer-orientated personality
- You take on new tasks with commitment, conscientiousness and independence
- You have experience with customized financial reporting systems
