**Description du poste**:
**Votre rôle**: En tant que Storage & Back-up System Engineer vous êtes responsable du traitement des incidents et des interventions. Vous participez activement à la résolution des problèmes dans la zone de stockage et de sauvegarde. Les prestations de service que vous mettez en oeuvre reposent entièrement sur le respect des normes ITIL et des SLAs.
**L'objectif principal de votre mission**: maintien des solutions de stockage NAS à leur meilleur niveau. Pour ce faire, l'installation de nouveaux logiciels ou de nouveaux firmwares doit être régulièrement planifiée et exécutée. Vous vous occupez également du traitement des demandes d'approvisionnement dans la zone NAS de stockage
**Profil recherché**:
Vos tâches seront typiquement les suivantes:
- Administration des infrastructures NAS
- Gestion de la réplication des données
- Gestion des solutions de déduplication
- Traitement des demandes d'approvisionnement dans la zone NAS
- Traitement des incidents
- Etude de la portée du traitement des problèmes
- Coordination des nouvelles installations et du microprogramme sur les tableaux de stockage
- Participation active aux projets
- Développement d'outils pour faciliter le travail et partager l'expérience utilisateurs avec d'autres

**Sur le plan technique**: vous connaissez et maitrisez les technologies suivantes : NetApp, Symantec NetBackup, Administration for Unix or HDS (Hitachi Data Systems), Storage Manager Expert
