**Summary**:
We are looking for a Senior Fund Accountant in Real Estate with experience in Consolidation.

Our client is a growing organization with a strong reputation worldwide on the Real Estate space that offers people the opportunity to progress on career and study professional qualifications through training and extra study sponsorship.
- Consolidation of group of Real Estate companies. Previous and strong experience is a must.
- Preparation financial statements, cash flows and associated notes for RE and Debt funds including liaison with client over transaction related issues.
- Preparation of statutory accounts of Luxembourg companies/funds investing in PE, RE and Debt in accordance with IFRS and LUX GAAP.
- Calculation of management fees/equalization charges and performance fees.
- Dealing with yearend audits including preparation of relevant files and resolving issues.
- Preparing and review VAT and tax returns.
- Responsible for training and development of junior team members in the team - training and coaching.
- Review bank payments ensuring necessary supporting documents (including KYC documents).
- Very good understanding of LuxGAAP and IFRS
- Good client facing skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dynamic and able to adapt in a growing and changing environment.

**Key requirements**:

- Experience in Luxembourg GAAP, IFRS and other relevant accounting standards gained within the real estate space.
- Experience / understanding of the reporting and other accounting challenges faced by real estate managers.
- Understanding of the Fund structures in Luxembourg.
- Capability to present information and respond to questions from clients.
- Be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations for which there may be little precedence.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Direct experience of client service in a professional services firm.
- Ability to work in a small, but rapidly expanding, company environment with focused and motivated individuals.
- Ability to plan effectively, with strong deadline orientation.
- Fluent in English; French and/or German being an advantage.
