We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Trustee & Depositary - Safekeeping Team Senior Associate to join our Safekeeping and Cash Flow Monitoring team. This role is located in Luxembourg.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Assist the team manager and his deputy by supervising team work (including operational outsourcing oversight) and providing reporting to management (KPIs, KRIs,)
- Follow and enhance the procedures and controls designed to ensure activity is performed according to regulatory requirements
- Support team members, share knowledge and provide trainings
- Act as first point of escalation for the team and ensure enquiries and outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Assist and contribute whenever required to all other depositary tasks allocated to him/her

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

- Proven experience in a depositary function or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Private Debt Funds is mandatory
- Strong analytical, communication and organization skills (both verbal and written)
- Agile, able to adapt quickly
- Good knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to funds and depositary duties
- Exposure to UCITS Funds will be considered as an asset
- Perfect command of English
