AML | KYC | CTF | Alternative Investment Funds

This is a great opportunity to join a leading asset management company located in the city-center and work directly with its successful and highly qualified Legal and Compliance teams.

You will be managing KYC requests related to the Alternative Investment Funds and play a key role in due diligence requests and first line of defense.

Some of the Key Responsibilities
- In charge of the management, record keeping, data integrity/completeness, and analytical functions involved with Know-Your Client (KYC) procedures, anti-fraud, Anti Money Laundering (AML), Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF) in Luxembourg, in particular for SICARs and non-SICARs platforms funds
- Conduct on-boarding, ongoing & periodic due diligence on clients, delegates & business relationships (assets) including name searches and screening investigations
- Coordination and delivery accountability for KYC/AML/CFT requests imposed by banks across the platform
- Providing real-time support to the deal and global transactions teams
- Being key point of contact for AML/CTF & KYC requests from counterparties

Role Requirements
- Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, or Economics
- Any other AML/CTF and Compliance certification is considered an asset
- Have at least 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role or in AML/CFT audit position
- Knowledge and understanding of Luxembourg AML & Compliance laws and regulations
- Knowledge of private equity / real assets/credit investment structures, their legal and administrative requirements, and day-to-day business
- Being fluent in English, French will be considered an advantage
