**Your Responsibilities**

Along with your manager and two colleagues, you will take over the oversight of delegated functions related to the middle office, including ongoing monitoring and due diligence, as well as coordination and supervision of all other aspects related to these third-party service providers. In addition, you will also be responsible for a broad range of other operational items related to both the managed funds, third party service providers and the management company itself.

Your tasks will include among others:

- Delegate and service provider oversight (fund administrators, distributors, portfolio managers and transfer agents):

- Assist in completing initial and ongoing due diligence of third-party service providers.
- Assist in day-to-day monitoring of delegated activities in line with CSSF requirements.
- Support fund events (launches, closures, onboarding) and improvement initiatives, working with work groups based globally.
- Work with the management company's finance team to help coordinate and monitor invoicing with the funds and external service providers.
- Participate in the audit coordination, regulatory reporting, generating management information on the funds and management company.

**Your Profile
- University degree in finance or accounting completed with 1-3 years in financial audit of private equity funds.
- Solid accounting knowledge
- Fluent in French and English (both languages are mandatory)
- Curious and passionate, team player and client focused, quality driven and ambitious.
