Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting:
**Junior Advisor - Sustainable Finance**:
**Your Role**:
As a consultant in the sustainable finance team at Arendt Regulatory & Consulting, you will join a growing team with many opportunities. You will perform a variety of tasks, including the following primary duties:

- Research and follow-up on the latest developments around sustainable finance, from a market perspective but also from a regulatory one globally (European commission action plan, Labels, Non-financial reporting standards, Climate Risks, etc.);
- Advise clients on the implementation of the new regulatory framework being set-up at European level around sustainable finance (SFDR, Taxonomy Regulation, CSRD, granting of Labels, etc.);
- Review, assessment and drafting of sustainability or impact reports, ESG policies;
- Advising clients (in particular asset managers) in their strategic decisions from defining ESG priorities to the practical implementation of sustainable investment strategy;
- Deliver an innovative approach to our sustainability service offering (sustainable finance, ESG review, portfolio alignment, etc.);
- Supporting and contributing to the development and management of multiple tools to assist market players in their ESG/sustainable finance journey;
- Other ad-hoc tasks, depending on the development of the regulatory framework for sustainable finance.

**Your profile**:

- You hold a Master’s degree in Economy, Finance, Law or a related field with a sustainability specialization or dedicated path;
- You have an understanding of sustainability risks, responsible investment, adverse impacts, ESG integration, sustainable and green finance;
- You have a first experience in professional services/consultancy, preferably dealing with ESG and sustainable finance matters or within the asset management industry;
- You are a strong team player with the ability to support a number of projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines;
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills including report drafting;
- You are fluent in English, French or German are a plus;
- You have excellent interpersonal skills;
- You are analytically minded;
