Ingenii Talent is working with a Global leader in cyber security and n° 1 in data security to hire an Information Security Governance Consulting.
Responsibilities:
As an Information Security Governance Consultant, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team working in the Information Security Governance department. Your main objective will be to assist clients in implementing their security strategy by identifying security projects to be initiated, assessing the maturity of controls, and advising on risk treatment approaches. You will work on defining organizational security strategies, establishing governance frameworks and security policies, managing information security risks, supporting resilience initiatives (BCP/DRP, incident management, cyber crisis management), ensuring cloud services security, and providing regulatory and standards compliance support (GDPR, CSSF, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS 20). You may also provide CISO support or take over CISO functions within organizations, conduct information security maturity assessments and audits, and make information security a determining element in company value while remaining pragmatic with field realization.

- Understanding of how governance can structure an information security approach
- Familiarity with SCADA environments
- Familiar with security standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS 20, SWIFT, etc.)
- Certifications such as CISSP, ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, ISO27005 Risk Manager, CISM, etc.
- French level required: fluent to native (written and oral) equivalent to C1-C2
- English level required: good (written and oral) equivalent to minimum B2
- Structured risk approach and good knowledge of security measures implementation
- Fluent to Natrie French and minimun B2 English
- Passionate about Information Security with ambition to work in governance aspects
- Constantly monitoring cybersecurity-related issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey clear messages to different stakeholders (Management, CISO, IT, Business, etc.)
- Strong writing and analytical capabilities
- Proposes structured approaches and organized in work
- Ability to step back from problems with long-term vision
- Good mindset and capable of working within a team
- Dynamic, reactive, ambitious, creative, and independent
- Not afraid to share opinions and ideas

- Motivated and highly engaged About the Team You will join the Information Security Governance team composed of a Team Leader, 17 consultants, and 3 interns. The team is made of experienced and junior consultants with a mix of specialties proper to each consultant. The team is in charge of information security governance consulting and support, including EyeGuard continuous monitoring services. Listening is one of the key values, helping everyone feel integrated within the Excellium family. You will regularly participate in workshops, training sessions, and events to update your knowledge.
