**Description**
Notre client recrute un responsable de la conformité fiscale
Votre tâche principale consistera à gérer et à superviser toutes les obligations en matière de déclarations et de rapports. Dans ce rôle, vos principales fonctions seront les suivantes:
- S'assurer que les exigences de conformité fiscale sont remplies tout au long des termes des fonds en temps opportun ;
Gérer et superviser l'équipe de conformité fiscale (actuellement composée d'un associé de conformité fiscale et d'un assistant administratif fiscal) dans l'exercice de leurs fonctions, qui comprennent notamment:
- La préparation des inscriptions à la TVA au Luxembourg et la coordination avec les prestataires de services pour les inscriptions fiscales à l'étranger ;
- La préparation et le dépôt des demandes de monnaie fonctionnelle et d'unité fiscale ;
- L'examen des calculs d'intérêts variables ;
- Examen des déclarations de TVA et d'IS préparées par le prestataire de services pour les sociétés holding et les sociétés immobilières luxembourgeoises et étrangères (17 juridictions européennes) ;
- Supervision des demandes de remboursement de la TVA ;
- Coordination et révision des rapports sur les prix de transfert ;
- Coordination des choix fiscaux américains des sociétés holding et des sociétés immobilières ;
- Tenue des registres internes des déclarations fiscales et du calendrier de conformité ;
- Gérer l'interaction entre les administrateurs externes et les prestataires de services fiscaux afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement de l'échange d'informations ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe chargée de la fiscalité des transactions et les tenir informés de toutes les obligations pertinentes en matière de conformité fiscale et de déclaration ;
- Être la personne de contact pour les autorités fiscales au Luxembourg et à l'étranger, y compris pour les contrôles fiscaux locaux et pour répondre aux demandes des autorités fiscales.
**Profile**
COMPÉTENCES CLÉS, QUALITÉS ET EXPÉRIENCE
- Master en fiscalité, économie ou finance ;
- Expérience pertinente de 8 ans minimum au sein d'un big four ou équivalent ou en interne dans un rôle de conformité fiscale ;
- La connaissance de l'environnement de l'investissement immobilier est un plus ;
- La maîtrise de l'anglais est obligatoire, celle du français, de l'allemand ou du néerlandais est un plus ;
- Excellentes capacités de communication et d'organisation ;
- Proactivité, rigueur et capacité à être multitâche, à identifier les priorités et à respecter les délais ;
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et sous pression.
