The Fund Administration has always been and will remain a key pillar of the Fund industry. It is fully integrated with multiple counterparties (inside and outside the bank): Transfer Agent, Depot bank, Custodian, Management Companies, Brokers, and Auditors **Advantages of the position**: BNP Paribas Securities Services Luxembourg is positioned at the heart of the Luxembourg Fund Industry: Possibility to grow knowledge on all activities related: Custody, Fund Services (TA, FA, FDS.. ) Working in the Fund Administration is a unique opportunity to learn on different domains and develop a career: **Your mission: - Be the single point of contact for Audit Companies and coordinate all the requests for: - BP2S interim and final audits of clients’ entities - ISAE 3402 FA - Coordinate the different audit demands and queries through BP2S Luxembourg departments, but also within others locations. - Establish a close cooperation and relation with the Audit Companies. - Ensure the review and the follow-up of the Management Letters. - Manage the Isae 3402 certification for FA Luxembourg. **Your profile**: **Education**: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance Academic Background: Business school, university (BAC+5) **Professional experience**: A strong willingness to learn and excel, bundle with energy is necessary Previous experience in the fund industry is an asset. **Behavioural Skills**: Strong Attention to detail Adaptability and Team spirit Client focused **Transversal Skills**: Analytical Ability Good Communication oral & written **Technical skills**: Good use of MS Toll such as MS Excel **Language skills**: Good written and oral French and English skills are essential **Lieu principal**: Luxembourg **Type d'emploi**: CDD **Domaine d'activité**: TRAITEMENT DES OPERATIONS **Niveau d'Etudes***: Bachelor / Licence ou équivalent (>= 3 ans) **Niveau d'expérience***: Débutant **Horaire**: Temps plein
