**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular compliance assessments, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate controls.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs to enhance staff awareness and understanding of regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on compliance matters and resolve any issues.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices, ensuring the company's compliance framework remains robust and up to date.
- Conduct internal investigations and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Serve as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors.
- Prepare and submit reports on compliance activities to senior management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree in law.
- 6 years of experience in compliance roles within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., Luxembourgish laws)
- Proven track record in developing and implementing compliance programs, being already in contact with the CSSF would be an advantage.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in German.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
