**PROCESS MODELLING / PROCESS DESIGN CONSULTANT (H/F)**

Blackridge Group recrute pour un de ses clients historique un(e) Process Modelling / Process Design Consultant(e).

**Vos missions**:

- Assistance pratique pour la traduction des modèles de processus EPC existants en BPMN conformément avec les normes de modélisation ;
- Soutien dans l’examen régulier du processus ;
- Prise en charge des métadonnées du modèle de processus de nettoyage ;
- Accompagnement pratique dans la (re-)structuration du Paysage processus ;
- Définir et mettre en œuvre la bonne structure ;
- Archivage des processus obsolètes ;
- Identifier les modèles de processus manquants et soutenir la création de nouveaux modèles ;
- Soutien pratique dans la création de nouveaux modèles de processus et l’actualisation des modèles de processus existants ;
- Préparation et participation à des ateliers avec les départements d’affaires ;
- Documentation des résultats de l’atelier ;

**Votre profil**:

- Bonne connaissance des activités des services publics ;
- Solide expérience en modélisation et gestion des processus ;
- S’approprie les actions individuelles et est capable d’animer et de conduire des ateliers ;
- Haut niveau d’esprit d’équipe et d’attitude de résolution de problèmes ;
- Sens des affaires et réflexion sur les processus ;
- Solides compétences analytiques et de communication ;
- Haut niveau de précision et d’attention aux détails ;
- Bien organisé et capable de travailler sur différents sujets simultanément ;
- Une très bonne maîtrise du Français et de l’anglais est obligatoire ; Allemand & Luxembourgeois sont des atouts ;
