**Job Description**:
**Portfolio Reporting and Analysis**
- Track, benchmark, and analyze the financial performance of affiliated and partner companies against sets of relevant KPIs
- Develop and maintain standardized affiliate financial reports and submission templates
- Be the key contact point between group finance and affiliate finance teams and become go-to person regarding any financial request related to the portfolio companies
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the correctness of reporting and process effectiveness
- Analyze affiliated companies current and past trends including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
- Proactively raise red flags whenever risk items are uncovered, or relevant performance deviations are spotted
- Gather a solid understanding of the business models of the portfolio companies, and actively challenge presented financials
- Engage in detailed follow-up activity with affiliated companies
- Present and communicate to company management performance highlights of affiliated companies and participations, including variance analysis of results and explanations of deviations

**Management Reporting and Analysis**
- Provide ongoing support to the FP&A team on monthly financial and product reporting tasks
- Analyze core product and financial development and track performance across multiple KPIs such as profitability, growth, return, value creation and valuation related; applied in e-commerce/ streaming platform related business models.
- Acquire solid understanding on core platform and its business model, and critically analyze financial performance considering relevant business developments
- Support in the development, deployment, and maintenance of financial reporting models, ensuring all information is up-to-date
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis on a variety of related projects
- Actively support with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Participate in other projects as required

**Qualifications**:

- 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis / financial reporting and proven knowledge of accounting ideally gained within an online entertainment / e-commerce or other scalable platform related business model.
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Finance, Economics or related quantitative studies such as mathematics/statistics/econometrics or information technology related from a leading (business) school
- MSc a plus
- First portfolio reporting experience a plus
- Knowledge of Tableau an asset
- Fluent in English, any other languages are an asset.
